Our bulbs section consists of a range of products to cover all flowering seasons.

Allium Aflatunense Purple Sensation - (bag of 10 bulbs)

With their eye catching tight fist size heads of vivid purple Allium sensation is a wonderful addition to the garden in early summer. Plant in clumps in the border and leave undisturbed and they will naturalise and multiply. Alternatively plant in autumn in pots.A very versatile plant that will look just as home in a contemporary setting as it does in a cottage style border.

Tulip - Double early mixed colours - (bag of 10 bulbs)

A mix of early flowering double tulips in a variety of colours which will start to flower from late March, though this is weather dependent to some extent. Tulips are good in flower beds and can also be planted in pots. Plant bulbs in well dug soil or pots about 8-10cm deep and approx 15cm apart. A little bonemeal or super phosphate mixed in with the soil can be beneficial.

Tulip - Kaufmanniana mixed colours - (bag of 10 bulbs)

A mix of Kaufmanniana tulips in a variety of colours flowering in April and May. Also known as the Water Lily Tulip due to its distinctive shape. They flower earlier than other tulips and have short stems and wide open petals exposed to the sun. Tulips are good in flower beds and can also be planted in pots. Plant bulbs in well dug soil or pots about 8-10cm deep and approx 15cm apart. A little bonemeal or super phosphate mixed in with the soil can be beneficial.
